Some prints are available on archival paper. What does this mean?

Archival paper is a permanent acid-free paper with a neutral ph. This extends the life of the paper and increases the durability and value of the print.

What is a limited edition print?

Some prints are available in limited quantities (usually 200 or less). The actual number of prints available is up to each individual artist. Each limited edition print is numbered and comes with a certificate of authenticity.

What is the difference between a print on canvas, and a gallery wrap canvas?

A canvas print is a painting or photograph that has been printed on un-stretched canvas. It usually comes with a 2" border of blank canvas around each side for use in framing. You can then frame it however you wish.

A gallery wrap canvas is when the canvas is stretched around a wooden frame and attached to the back of the frame. This eliminates the need for additional framing.

What is the difference between stretched canvas and rolled canvas?

Stretched canvas refers to canvas stretched over a wooden frame and secured by staples to the side of the frame.

Rolled canvas refers to canvas that has not been stretched yet. It is usually stretched at the time of framing.

What is a canvas board?

This is canvas that has been pre-primed (usually with acrylic gesso) and then adhered to hardboard in order to give it a very rigid backing. These canvases can then be used with oils or acrylics. Canvas boards are also called canvas panels.

How will my order be shipped?

We ship all orders FedEx Ground. We feel that FedEx offers the best handling and delivery service for the high quality artwork that we sell. Every order is always insured against damage and/or loss.

When can I expect to receive my order?

All orders are shipped within 3 business days from the date of purchase. FedEx Ground then requires 5-7 days for delivery.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

If the “ship to” address is within the state of Georgia, you will be charged a 0.6% sales tax. For all orders shipped outside of the state of Georgia, there is no sales tax.

Do you accept returns?

Due to copyright laws, we are not able to accept returns.

Is there an expiration date on Gift Certificates?

Yes, gift certificates expire 12 months from the date of purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We do ship to most countries.

What if my item is damaged during shipping?

FedEx insures your item during shipping. If an item arrives damaged, please contact FedEx at www.fedex.com or by calling 1-800-Go-FedEx (463-3339). Then email Visionary Endeavors at customersupport@visionaryendeavorsllc.com so that we may also follow-up on the incident.

I don't have a PayPal account. How can I make a purchase on your site?

We take debit and credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa) through our secure merchant solutions account. Your payment information is encrypted through our merchant solutions account and is never stored on our site.
